The task was to develop a hackathon concept that could attract as many people as possible. Technological innovations are not a novelty at Sberbank technologies, so it was key to exceed the level of the last events.
We offered a conception «Cradle: rave» that combined hackathons, a conference and lounge-party. More than 2000 people attended the event at Skolkovo even though it is not a central location.

MARCH «TOGETHER AGAINST BREAST CANCER»
Oncology has always been difficult to talk about. It is always important to use the right tone. We had to develop and manage a memorable social activity which included help from Avon's regional employees within the company's communication platform. Our solution: a charity march that started from Vasilevsky isle and ended at the charity rock-concert in Lyzhniki. Proceeds from the march were sent to women suffering from breast cancer.

LAUNCH OF A NEW SEASON
The launch of a new TV season is a key event for any TV channel. Guests for such events are celebrities, actors, musicians and other representatives of the creative and social trend-setting industry. We held a quest in Fort Boyard style at the Imperial Yacht Club, located in Moscow City Center. Elder Fura and the famous Passepartout (Andre Boucher) were there along with live music and champagne. Fedor Bondarchuk, Elena Letuchaya, Sergey Svetlakov, Aleksandr Nezlobin and others also attended. The main premieres were presented by Vyacheslav Murugov, the General Director of the CTC Media Holding Company and the CTC Channel.

LAUNCH OF KIA VENGA IN RUSSIA
We had to create, develop and manage a press-launch, prepare a presentation in the form of a play and show the new KIA Venga in a short time. We developed a creative scenario, organized casting, and used the huge «Vetoshny» building (the decoration area was more than 700m2). The second most popular phrase in the press (after KIA Venga) was «incredible performance», and the third one was «amazing decorations»!

BRAND AREA IN THE PIR EXPO
We had to develop a visual concept for the company's stand, create the stand and organize various activitiesand animations. The stand at the PIR expo industry exhibition is a key strategic event. We worked with very senior decision-makers in the company. We developed more than 40 different design model versions. As a result, the PepsiCo Café was the winner at the expo and we successfully introduced other matching activities using the same theme.

GRAND CEREMONY TO LAUNCH FULL CYCLE OF PRODUCTION
Our task was to prepare a grand ceremony to launch full cycle of production, organize a federal press-tour and invite reputable guests. Among the attendees at the ceremony were the ambassador of France, the regional governor, federal officials and senior company management. More than 100 people attended the event. We managed the decoration of the factory's spaces, filling them with creative decorations; moreover, we have also created video content for the ceremony., we created individual programs or each category of attendees: from personal tours to individual transfer meals, all based on guests' preferences.

LAUNCH OF THE ROBINSON HELICOPTER
Is it possible to create an event for potential buyers of the new Robinson helicopter with no booked venue, outdoors, in late autumn and with a 3 week deadline? We managed! A hangar with no wall was refitted into a VIP-lounge. We have built a temporary wall (15*45m), a road to the hangar; designed the interior, provided heating, built technological zones and invited performing teams. We have also created testing zones, souvenir gifts and a luxury buffet decorated with a helicopter theme!

LAUNCH OF THE NEW TV CANNEL
A unique channel, a unique battle in Moscow. Everything turned out, and we launched the new UFC TV channel right in the best lounge of the CSKA arena during the UFC Fight Night. The event was attended by key partners of the holding, who managed not only to watch the battles, but also try on the famous UFC belt.

Presentation of a corporate social responsibility report
Our task was to create an event for government representatives and stakeholders in an appropriate location. We have explored 20 different ideas with a detailed analysis of the pros and cons of each one. The choice was finally made in favor of the Chamber of Commerce. We took into account the venues unique atmosphere and created a stunning decoration of the hall, all in compliance with the protocol of the Chamber of Commerce.
Working with journalists at events with 1000+ attendees and a very busy program always needs an individual approach for each guest, perfect site preparation and coordinated work on the panel discussion sessions. The battle for technical equipment is fierce; you need to win for your client – and we did!

PRESENTATION OF THE YACHT
We were asked to organize an event with impeccable style and atmosphere, befitting the premium nature of the yachts. To create an atmosphere of luxury, we took guest to a private formal party in the Crocus City Mall. We paid great attention to details: premium branding, high-quality lighting for the venue, exclusive cocktails, luxury promotional models. The aroma of good cigars hung in the air, light jazz sounded, the guests in evening dresses leisurely talked, tasting whiskey.

PRIVAT FLIGHT ORGANIZATION
We had to organize a private flight plan for the board of directors on a previously developed route (Moscow-Tbilisi-Novosibirsk-Omsk-Lipetsk-Moscow). We suggested a number of different private planes, and prepared the documents for the flight authorization and landing, the permissions for each of the passengers and developed the departure schedule to take into account the timing of meetings and the individual wishes of each person. Despite the number of different parameters that needed to be covered, the business-trip was perfect!

GASTRO TOUR
The client asked us to organize an unusual vacation for the winners of their company motivational program. We worked on several options and organized a gastro tour in Spain. Degustation in wineries, culinary masterclasses and amazing dinners in the best restaurants were all part of the programme. Participants were over the moon about their vacation and were fully charged and motivated for new career success.

SUMMER FESTIVAL INTEGRATION
Our task was to organize the brand's presence at the biggest music festivals of the summer of 2018 with their concept «выше волан!» - The Russian annual badminton tournament. We worked with three the most popular festivals of summer 2018: Alfa future people, Park LivE and Дикая мята.
To prepare for the event, we built a badminton court to professional standards. More than 50 badminton tournaments were held there, 15.000 were given to participants and more than 20 days were spent on court!

CREATIVE EVENT WITH WORLD CHAMPIONS
How do you engage journalists who visit tens of press-tours each month? How do you break through information overload and really affect people's emotions? We engaged public figures, who had vaccinated their daughter from pneumococcus – the figure skaters Petrova-Tikhonov. They helped us to build an emotional connection using key-messages. We chose an all-weather skating rink for the event, where after the formal presentations, figure skaters gave a demonstration performance for the guests.

CHARITY ACTIVITY CHILDREN'S WALK
The company was concerned that the attendance of the company's employees at its charity events was less than 20%. As a solution, we decided to use a "family out of the house" conception. Various entertainments for the kids, picnics, family sports games and strong social component has led to far higher attendance! Moreover, according to an internal survey, 97% of employees said this was the best event of the year!

HACKATHONS «THE BEST IN THE PROFESSION»
As a part of Sberbank's global «The best in the profession» award, we organized a two-day hackathon for the employees of Sberbank Technologies. We organized everything from the moment of that the tasks were distributed to the participants to the organization of food and sleeping places.
The participants had 30 hours to find a solution, 20 minutes to present a project in front of the mentors. The top-10 teams got 10 minutes each to present their projects to Sberbank's top-managers.

PRESS EVENT
We invited media representatives to discuss something that people do not talk about – the problems of people who suffer from IBD (inflammatory bowel disease). We managed to invite a famous public person who has this problem. She helped to overcome the stigma of the IBD, telling the people about this disease for the first time in public. Over 700 publications in the media, based on the event, helped to convey the necessity for timely diagnosis and treatment of IBD.

MEDICAL FORUM
After more than 350 people attended a two-day patient forum dedicated to the movement against cancer, we organize an annual event on the Day of the fight against cancer. Originally the event took place at the Digital October center, which had the necessary technical equipment and required numbers of halls with the appropriate capacity). Now the event takes place at «Russia Today». Every year we organize press conferences, providing bilingual translations, speaker subtitles, and subsequent media coverage.

CHARITY PHOTOPROJECT
Rick Guidotti is a famous fashion-photographer from Italy. His project is an extraordinary series of photos of children who suffer from Hunter Syndrome, decorated in fusion style. The exhibition is not just an artwork, it touches people's souls and hearts.
The European Shopping Center was chosen as the venue\ for the premiere in Moscow, then the exposition moved to the Peter and Paul Fortress in St. Petersburg. During the implementation, we provided the necessary conditions for Rick to work with our special children, as well as developed and created exhibiting structures that helped convey the special atmosphere of the project.

CHRISTMAS ARTOBJECT
We were asked to create an art-object that would be set in Pushkin square during the winter holidays. We proposed ed a Kinematic tree idea as a symbol of the constant movement of the metropolis. During the holidays especially, everyone had time to feel this constant movement, just by watching from the side. The tree went viral and with hundreds of admiring onlookers and many likes on social media.

CORPORATE TRIP
The official part at such trips is always about the same (conference rooms, branding, catering, etc.). But in this case, guests expected a special entertainment program from us, since the composition of the participants was very heterogeneous both in age and status in the company. Walking on bicycles, an exciting team building in Skypark and an interactive trekking tour - the participants remembered this trip for a long time!

PHOTOPROJECT
Our task was to develop a concept for photographing patients with rare diseases, and then conduct a survey and organize an exhibition in St. Petersburg. We thoroughly worked out the concept of the event - "Overcoming" - and made sure that the idea was reflected in all design elements. By the opening of the exhibition, we also organized a press event where the creators of the project managed to reveal this very difficult topic. The exposition was a great success and was subsequently demonstrated at other venues, including the Moscow City Hall.

FLASHMOB ON THE BOULEVARD
We needed to raise awareness of multiple sclerosis with the general public and to draw official's attention to the problems of treating the disease. To do this we organized a huge social action. The basis of the social and musical flashmob was the interaction between innovations and culture. Throughout the day, an orchestra played to the guests. The orchestra was a symbol of the human body, whose action and development depend on the brain – the orchestra conductor. For the flashmob, we chose a strategically important location – a square on Tsvetnoy boulevard near the building of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

PLANT ANNIVERSARY
We were asked to organize a concert for 5000 people at the Timashevsk city stadium. We organized an a «turn-key» event: from coordinating the concert with the city administration to providing riders for invited artists. «Бандерос», «Земляне» and other locally popular bands performed on the stage. The celebration ended with a massive fireworks display.

TEAM BUILDING SERIES
To organize a team building? Easy! Even if it is 31 team building events within the national motivation program. We selected 31 venues for team building, each of which ideally suited the team, be it 10 or 200 participants. For each team, we have developed an individual program: quests, sports competitions, an entertainment program in restaurants and cafes. And the most interesting is that all this took place in one day.

The task was to announce the launch of a new medicine so that the people would remember the news for a long time. The creative concept was based on an obvious guarantee of health and longevity – an active lifestyle. We invited Eugene Papunaishvili to hold a dance master-class for the medical and socio-political media. Journalists were amused, the event was remembered for a long time.

With colleagues from Sanofi, we developed a board game, which improves the skills of feedback in a game format. The game is unique because it combines several popular formats to help players feel more comfortable and skilled at giving feedback

LIBRARY NIGHT
Reading is the best way to pump your knowledge and deepen your competencies. The client set the task to talk about the corporate electronic library and motivate employees to read more. We attracted the best publicists who delivered inspiring lectures. Also, as part of the library night, we held a book fair. Employees were inspired by an unusual format - the number of downloads in the corporate library increased dramatically!

CREATION OF A PLANT'S INTERIOR DESIGN
A factory should reflect the corporate style of the company. And who can make sure that everything follows the brand book better than we do?
The agency made a trip to the factory to take measurements and make all the necessary preparations for the project, then developed 3 conceptual solutions for the factory's design interior, taking into account the brand book and the innovative direction of the company's production.
In the design-project, all public areas were used: facade, entrance, lobby, reception and security zone, stairway and conference-room. As a result, our solution, which was recognized as the best, was transferred to the construction contractor for realization.

LAUNCH OF THE NEW PRODUCTION LINE
Working with manufacturing sites has specific issues: format restrictions, lack of basic infrastructure for events, and the need to coordinate with all of the site's services.

INTEGRATION OF THE BRAND AT MOSCOW'S BIKE PARADE
The client asked us to integrate the brand into a high-profile event using some important paramters: Reasonable budget, the core of the audience should be active people at the average age of 25, large-scale event with large coverage We considered many of events and found a solution that fully matched all the criteria: Moscow's bike parade! We organized a full package of sponsorship participation: building a brand area, design and production, as well as stafing. The creative solutions eclipsed other sponsors and the company's partners were also involved in a valuable team building experience.

5. Обезличивание персональных данных — действия, в результате которых невозможно определить без использования дополнительной информации принадлежность персональных данных конкретному Пользователю или иному субъекту персональных данных;
6. Обработка персональных данных – любое действие (операция) или совокупность действий (операций), совершаемых с использованием средств автоматизации или без использования таких средств с персональными данными, включая сбор, запись, систематизацию, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), извлечение, использование, передачу (распространение, предоставление, доступ), обезличивание, блокирование, удаление, уничтожение персональных данных;
7. Оператор – государственный орган, муниципальный орган, юридическое или физическое лицо, самостоятельно или совместно с другими лицами организующие и (или) осуществляющие обработку персональных данных, а также определяющие цели обработки персональных данных, состав персональных данных, подлежащих обработке, действия (операции), совершаемые с персональными данными;
8. Персональные данные – любая информация, относящаяся прямо или косвенно к определенному или определяемому Пользователю веб-сайта level-agency.com;
9. Пользователь – любой посетитель веб-сайта level-agency.com;
10. Предоставление персональных данных – действия, направленные на раскрытие персональных данных определенному лицу или определенному кругу лиц;
11. Распространение персональных данных – любые действия, направленные на раскрытие персональных данных неопределенному кругу лиц (передача персональных данных) или на ознакомление с персональными данными неограниченного круга лиц, в том числе обнародование персональных данных в средствах массовой информации, размещение в информационно-телекоммуникационных сетях или предоставление доступа к персональным данным каким-либо иным способом;

3. Оператор может обрабатывать следующие персональные данные Пользователя
1. Фамилия, имя, отчество; 2. Электронный адрес; 3. Номера телефонов; 4. Также на сайте происходит сбор и обработка обезличенных данных о посетителях (в т.ч. файлов «cookie») с помощью сервисов интернет-статистики (Яндекс Метрика и Гугл Аналитика и других). 5. Вышеперечисленные данные далее по тексту Политики объединены общим понятием Персональные данные.
4. Цели обработки персональных данных
1. Цель обработки персональных данных Пользователя — информирование Пользователя посредством отправки электронных писем; заключение, исполнение и прекращение гражданско-правовых договоров; предоставление доступа Пользователю к сервисам, информации и/или материалам, содержащимся на веб-сайте.
2. Также Оператор имеет право направлять Пользователю уведомления о новых продуктах и услугах, специальных предложениях и различных событиях. Пользователь всегда может отказаться от получения информационных сообщений, направив Оператору письмо на адрес электронной почты info@level-agency.com с пометкой «Отказ от уведомлениях о новых продуктах и услугах и специальных предложениях».
3. Обезличенные данные Пользователей, собираемые с помощью сервисов интернет-статистики, служат для сбора информации о действиях Пользователей на сайте, улучшения качества сайта и его содержания.
5. Правовые основания обработки персональных данных
1. Оператор обрабатывает персональные данные Пользователя только в случае их заполнения и/или отправки Пользователем самостоятельно через специальные формы, расположенные на сайте http://level-agency.com. Заполняя соответствующие формы и/или отправляя свои персональные данные Оператору, Пользователь выражает свое согласие с данной Политикой.
2. Оператор обрабатывает обезличенные данные о Пользователе в случае, если это разрешено в настройках браузера Пользователя (включено сохранение файлов «cookie» и использование технологии JavaScript).
6. Порядок сбора, хранения, передачи и других видов обработки персональных данных
Безопасность персональных данных, которые обрабатываются Оператором, обеспечивается путем реализации правовых, организационных и технических мер, необходимых для выполнения в полном объеме требований действующего законодательства в области защиты персональных данных.
1. Оператор обеспечивает сохранность персональных данных и принимает все возможные меры, исключающие доступ к персональным данным неуполномоченных лиц.
2. Персональные данные Пользователя никогда, ни при каких условиях не будут переданы третьим лицам, за исключением случаев, связанных с исполнением действующего законодательства.
3. В случае выявления неточностей в персональных данных, Пользователь может актуализировать их самостоятельно, путем направления Оператору уведомление на адрес электронной почты Оператора info@level-agency.com с пометкой «Актуализация персональных данных».
4. Срок обработки персональных данных является неограниченным. Пользователь может в любой момент отозвать свое согласие на обработку персональных данных, направив Оператору уведомление посредством электронной почты на электронный адрес Оператора info@level-agency.com с пометкой «Отзыв согласия на обработку персональных данных».
7. Трансграничная передача персональных данных
1. Оператор до начала осуществления трансграничной передачи персональных данных обязан убедиться в том, что иностранным государством, на территорию которого предполагается осуществлять передачу персональных данных, обеспечивается надежная защита прав субъектов персональных данных.
2. Трансграничная передача персональных данных на территории иностранных государств, не отвечающих вышеуказанным требованиям, может осуществляться только в случае наличия согласия в письменной форме субъекта персональных данных на трансграничную передачу его персональных данных и/или исполнения договора, стороной которого является субъект персональных данных.
8. Заключительные положения
1. Пользователь может получить любые разъяснения по интересующим вопросам, касающимся обработки его персональных данных, обратившись к Оператору с помощью электронной почты info@level-agency.com.
2. В данном документе будут отражены любые изменения политики обработки персональных данных Оператором. Политика действует бессрочно до замены ее новой версией.
